How it works
- Create your profile and set your rates
Sign up, add a description, photos and your hourly or per-service price. No imposed brackets — your price, change it anytime.
- Client books and pays upfront
The client picks your profile in search, chooses date and time, then pays on the platform (BLIK or card). Funds go to escrow — not to you yet, but they are protected.
- You do the job
You show up and work. Optionally the client can enable QR check-in — giving you proof you were on site at a specific time.
- Funds reach you automatically
After the job, the client confirms completion. If they don’t, funds are still released automatically after 24 hours. You don’t have to chase anyone.

Visible to clients in your city filtering by location, price and ratings.

The client’s money is held before the service. You won’t hear “they didn’t pay.”
Provider dashboard
Orders, history, earnings and payout history in one place.
Ratings system
After each completed job the client can leave a review. Reviews build trust and help you win more clients.
“Verified” badge
Optionally complete identity verification (ID + address). Data is kept internally; clients only see the badge on your profile.
Dispute protection
If a client opens a claim, Clensy mediates. You have 24 hours to respond before a decision.
Costs — no hidden fees
Clensy only earns when you earn. Commission is added on top of what the client sees — you receive what you set.

The PLN 150 deposit protects against cancellations within 6 hours of the job. If you don’t cancel, it stays untouched and is returned when you close your account.
Fair play — what Clensy does not do
- We don’t impose prices or minimum rates.
- We don’t block your account without reason or notice.
- We don’t share your contact details with clients before the booking is confirmed.
- We don’t charge commission on off-platform jobs — it’s in the terms; we don’t spy.
- We don’t hide costs. The client sees the full amount before paying; you see what you’ll receive.
