“Verified” badge

The “Verified” badge on a professional’s profile is awarded automatically based on their track record on Clensy.

Criteria: at least 10 completed jobs and an average of all client reviews of at least 5.0 (rounded to one decimal).

This is separate from payout identity checks — those use Stripe Connect (KYC) in the provider’s account settings.

On the provider list you can enable “verified only” to narrow results to people who meet these criteria.
