The “Verified” badge means the provider submitted information for identity confirmation with Clensy.

Verification is optional — professionals can use the platform without it.

Verification may require a residential address and an ID scan. We store this data in our internal systems only.

Clients never see the scan or ID details — only the “Verified” badge on the profile.
