Your profile is a business card on Google
Every provider has a public profile at a permanent URL (e.g. clensy.pl/wykonawcy/…). Search engines can index it — when someone looks for cleaning in your city, they may land on your description, prices and reviews.
Unlike a one-off ad, it does not vanish after a few weeks. Add a photo, description and city — that is the basis for visibility on Google and Clensy.

What does it cost?
Registration is free. The account is free. The profile is free.
The PLN 150 deposit is security if you cancel a job less than 6 hours before the start. It protects clients and the platform’s reputation.

Step by step
Create an account (a few minutes)
Name, phone, city, description and photo. Set pricing and availability — that shapes how you appear on Google and in Clensy search.
A client finds you and books
They search by city, time and price on Clensy or land on your profile from Google. They book and pay upfront (BLIK/card), sometimes after accepting a quote. Funds go to escrow.
You do the job
You show up and clean. Optionally the client enables QR check-in — you get a record in the job history.
You get paid
The client confirms — or funds release automatically after 24 hours. You withdraw to your bank via Stripe Connect (after account verification).
How you build trust on your profile
Clients let you into their home. The fuller the profile, the more likely they book.
“Verified” badge
Appears automatically after at least 10 completed jobs and a 5.0 average rating. It reflects platform history — not identity proof.
Payouts — Stripe Connect
To accept BLIK/card payments from clients, complete a short Stripe verification (industry standard). Do it in the dashboard → Payments. Without an active account there are no online payment bookings.

Common questions
Do I need a registered business?
Not required to start. You may work under civil contracts or unregistered activity (limits per Polish law for the year). At higher volume, registering a business is usually sensible — tax is your responsibility.
What if the client cancels after booking?
Rules depend on notice — see the terms. Short-notice cancellation may include a fee in your favour.
Can I decline a job?
Yes. You see the request before accepting. If timing or scope does not fit, decline with no account penalty (unless you cancel an already confirmed job at the last minute — deposit rules may apply).
Can clients ruin my profile with unfair ratings?
Only clients who booked and paid through Clensy can rate. You can report an unfair review — the platform mediates.
Can I work on other channels too?
Yes. Clensy does not block other ways to find clients. Jobs paid online through the platform follow Clensy terms.
When do I get paid?
After client confirmation or automatic release after 24 hours, funds are ready for payout. Transfer to your bank is via Stripe Connect — complete verification in the dashboard first.
Do I need Stripe?
Yes for online payment bookings (BLIK/card). Creating a Clensy account is free and you can fill in your profile; without active Stripe Connect clients cannot pay by card on the platform.
Will I get jobs immediately?
Depends on city, price and profile completeness. Fill in photo, description, city and Stripe early. The platform is growing — a complete profile helps in Clensy search and on Google.
